Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy: No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once services have been provided, refunds will not be issued. We strive to deliver high-quality experiences and honor the commitment made by both parties. Rescheduling Deadline for Consult Appointments: For consult appointments, please request any rescheduling at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. Rescheduling Deadline for Events, Workshops, and Special Curated Events: Events, wellness workshops, or special curated events require a 10-day notice for rescheduling. This extended notice period ensures adequate time for event preparation and coordination. Rescheduling within this period is subject to a $300 fee, which will be deducted from your previous payment. Booking Fee for Paint and Politic Rebooking: For appointments involving paint and politic sessions, any rescheduling is subject to a $300 booking fee. This fee will be deducted from your previous payment and covers administrative and scheduling costs. Any rescheduling must occur within 10 days of event cancellation of event after the 10 day period is subject to additional service fees. Contacting Us for Assistance: If you encounter difficulties or anticipate needing to reschedule, please email us at [email address] at least 72 hours before your consult appointment or 10 days before any event, workshop, or special curated event. We are here to assist you and will work with you to find a suitable solution. Expiration of Rescheduling Opportunities: All appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date for consult appointments and within the specified timeframe for events, workshops, or special curated events. Failure to reschedule within these timeframes will result in the appointment not being credited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
