GRATITUDE DAY Reward your employees with the unforgettable experience of a Gratitude days hosted Nubian Gratitude. Gratitude Day is a day filled with wellness, connections and creativity and was designed to aid companies in showing gratitude and appreciation to the members of your community. Take a load off as we come to your facility to set-up and host this day long event. Gratitude Day is a 2 part experience that consist of a wellness workshop and our famous paint and politic session. During the 1 hour wellness workshop we aim to introduce ways to Establishing and maintaining positive daily routines and habits that contribute to physical and mental well-being. During this time our facilitator leads discussions about emotions, providing tools for emotional self-care, and encouraging open sharing of feelings in a safe space. Mindfulness and Meditation: The practice of being fully present in the moment, without judgment, and cultivating awareness of thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Creative Expression: The practice of engaging in various forms of creative activities, such as drawing, writing, painting, or crafting, as a means of self-expression and relaxation. Emotional Well-being: Understanding and acknowledging emotions, developing emotional intelligence, and learning healthy ways to cope with and express feelings. Once our wellness worship has wrapped up we transition to the second part of our day which is paint and politic. Paint and politic combines thought-provoking conversations and artistic expression. "Paint and Politic Business Edition" is a powerful tool for team building, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture within your organization. During this 2-hour moderator-led activity, you have the opportunity to provide your employees with an extraordinary experience that goes beyond the ordinary. With "Paint and Politic Business Edition," your organization has the freedom to choose or limit the topics, conversations, or questions they want to explore while indulging their artistic side through painting. This dynamic event is meticulously designed to encourage honest, positive, and clear communication, creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy: No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once services have been provided, refunds will not be issued. We strive to deliver high-quality experiences and honor the commitment made by both parties. Rescheduling Deadline for Consult Appointments: For consult appointments, please request any rescheduling at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. Rescheduling Deadline for Events, Workshops, and Special Curated Events: Events, wellness workshops, or special curated events require a 10-day notice for rescheduling. This extended notice period ensures adequate time for event preparation and coordination. Rescheduling within this period is subject to a $300 fee, which will be deducted from your previous payment. Booking Fee for Paint and Politic Rebooking: For appointments involving paint and politic sessions, any rescheduling is subject to a $300 booking fee. This fee will be deducted from your previous payment and covers administrative and scheduling costs. Any rescheduling must occur within 10 days of event cancellation of event after the 10 day period is subject to additional service fees. We are here to assist you and will work with you to find a suitable solution. Expiration of Rescheduling Opportunities: All appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date for consult appointments and within the specified timeframe for events, workshops, or special curated events. Failure to reschedule within these timeframes will result in the appointment not being credited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.
