In the event that your package is damaged or not what you ordered we will be happy to refund your order. Refunds will require photos of damaged products (within 24hrs of delivery receipt provided by USPS. In order to qualify for a refund all products must be shipped back to us promptly. Due to the nature of our products and services some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that although we love our boxes both on the inside and out we will only honor refunds due to damage occurring to the internal contents (actual products) of the box. All additions add-on's such as: lights, stickers or actual box will not qualify for a refund unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will not be provided based off difference of colors or products differing from photo. All of our boxed are hand made and will have variations.
If packages are reported lost/Stolen after USPS has provided a delivery receipt a refund may not be issued until a full investigation has taken place which will be in no less than 30 days. All packages are shipped after a 3-5 business day processing period and then shipped the first business day after orders have been processed. Depending on various factors it can take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided via email after order have shipped. We are not responsible for delivery time or delays after the order has been sent and will not provide discounts or refunds if items arrives after desired delivery day. All order returned to sender due to failed delivery will incur a 50% restocking fee and will be refunded to you in the form of initial payment.
